Our exchange policy is only applicable on FRAMES. Exchange policy is not valid on prescription glasses & sunglasses
We want you to be happy with our product, and if you are not, we are happy to exchange your product. You are requested to meet with the following conditions:
1. You can raise a request within 7 (Seven) days of the receipt of the product/s.
2. The price tag and any other identification tag, the invoice and the original packing must be intact and sent back.
3. The product/s should be in the same condition as received.
4. Ensure that the return package is appropriately sealed and sent to the company as any damage in transit will continue to be your responsibility and this policy will cease to be applicable.
5. We do not guaranty that Out of Stock frames will be restocked. For exchanges or replacements, please select frames from the fresh lot.
* How do I exchange them?
* It's really simple. If you want to exchange the product/s, please reach out to us at support@spec-art.com and tell us the product that you want in return. We will provide you with the address where the exchanged product is to be delivered. Once received, we will send the replacement to your address for free.
* How long will the exchange process take?
* Exchange orders are typically processed within 7-10 working days after your request is received.
